UPDATE 5/14/2021 6:10 pm: Amanda Hara of WVLT reports that the Monroe County Sheriff reports none of the officers in the video are still employed at the jail.

WVLT has this story with video of Monroe County, TN back in the news. A jail employee on camera beating an inmate, while other jail employees stand and watch and one covers the camera. If it is as appears, TBI should lower the boom. Bet that jail employee would do it outside the jail.
