During the Knox County Property Assessor “Going Out the Door Meatloaf Lunch”, a source sent a photograph of a vehicle reportedly belonging to a Property Assessor employee parked in front of the old courthouse. I have cropped the license plate out, but have retained a copy with the license plate. If this is the vehicle of the presumed supervisor, the person has a parking pass inside the City County Building.

As for the lunch, the prayer and blessing of the three top departing officials was a nice touch, Mark.
