State Rep. Martin Daniel was supposed to be in court with his criminal defense attorney Greg Issacs tomorrow (November 9, 2016) Sources now indicate that the case will be reset until March 10, 2017. Will a reset in March happen again, because if Daniel (as expected) wins tonight he will be in the work of the general assembly in March?
