Knoxville lost a hero and a friend on Monday. Rex Davis long active in Knox County Republican Party activities and a Veteran passed away. I believe Rex even served on City Council at one time.

When I served as Knox County Republican Party Chairman, Davis was always supportive of me and I could always count on him attending every event we had during my time as Chairman.

Rest In Peace Rex! Till we meet again.
