Yesterday Justin Biggs and his opponent Robert Lawrence Smith were on Hallerin Hilton Hill’s radio show from 5:30-6:30 pm.

It was revealed during the debate that Smith is facing a lawsuit in another county. The suit is in Union County by a former client of Smith’s. Smith is an insurance agent. The suit was filed on January 2, 2018.

At one point during the debate, Smith said all the money he has raised shows support. But in my opinion that is a false narrative. If you’ve run for office four times as Smith has (this is Biggs first time), if you have had an exemplary service record and no personal allegations, you wouldn’t need to buy an election by marketing yourself as something you are not.
