Here is another school district that would rather spend dollars on lawyers and court cost than to spend their taxpayer’s dollars on the students.
This case is in Manatee County, FL. And can be precedent setting, not only in Florida but across the country. This story appeared in the Sarasota, Fl based Herald Tribune.
