You have read on this blog and everywhere about the Knox County Commission stripping the voice of the people from Development Plan Use of Review appeals from the Board of Zoning Appeals last Monday August August 22, 2022.

This weekend the guys (Jesse snd Scott) at Compass had Mayor Glenn Jacobs employee, young Master Andrew Davis as a guest on their weekly podcast. They talked about the passage of the Ordinance change to advance to Chancery Court and pass BZA Use on Review appeals of development plans . Why spike the ball or pour salt into the wounds of the neighborhood advocates? Was it just to prove that the administration can control Commission Chairman Beeler? Ain’t no way Davis would do a podcast/interview without Mayor Jacobs advance approval. Right?
