For many years many people have said to me that I remind of them of Cas Walker and in particular his print publication, The Watchdog. Now, you have to be a native of (or a history buff) of Knoxville to know who Cas Walker was.

I was reminded of those many comments today when I was told that Summary Judgment was granted for defendant aka me from the two year legal battle, Kuhlman -v- Hornback dba Shock and Awe. So, I reached over to fetch one of few copies of “The Watchdog” that are in my office.

The copy I have photographed for you is the May 20, 1971.

Now on to retiring my Attorney fees associated with this case.
