The fiscal cliff was apparently averted last night, reportedly three hours before the President & Senate were gonna push us over. Interesting to note that this fiscal cliff was created by the very people that planned to push us over.

When I saw that the vote was 89-8, my first question was who were the eight. The eight include Democrat and Republicans a non partisan effort. Here are the Senate Eight.

I have not read the details of the fiscal cliff deal. It will be interesting to see who they determine is the wealthiest Americans.
