In about three weeks, on Friday March 10, 2017 is when we last reported here back on November 8, 2016 that Rep. Martin Daniel is expected to answer to his Thursday July 21, 2016 “incident” in the Cumulus radio station studio while on the Hallerin Hilton Hill Radio Show. As of today, the Preliminary Hearing is still on the docket for 9:00 a.m. on March 10,2017 after having been rescheduled from the initial November 9, 2016 date.

It has been reported that Daniel is represented by Criminal Defense Attorney Greg Issacs.
