TN House Republican Caucus met today to select the leadership for next legislative session.

Speaker Cameron Sexton and Majority Leader William Lamberth were unopposed and selected.

The only contested position was that of Caucus Chairman. Rep. Robin Smith and Rep. Jeremy Faison both sought the position. Faison got the position.

As the major issue being the campaign collections of $27,000 since members paid their dues last December, all eyes will be on the Caucus campaign collections in 2021.

No one had openly sought the position of Caucus Secretary, however, Freshman Rep. Michele Carringer of Knoxville was selected.
