In today’s edition of the weekly Knox Focus a story on Phil Ballard’s Chief Deputy says that Knox County’s revenue will increase due to next years higher assessments. That should not be the goal of the Assessor and it should not be the directive given to the assessor employees in the field, increase the revenue.
