We welcome David Williams, Second District Knoxville City Council candidate. Williams has been a regular advocate for neighborhoods and in particular the Pond Gap community. He has worked with the community and commercial entities in working out compromises where there is a win win for both. The most recent example is the El Charro restaurant on Sutherland Avenue where Williams worked with the community and the developer of the restaurant.
