Tonight a large crowd turned out for the West Knox Republican Club as they had Knox County School Board Vice Chair Virginia Babb and School Board Member Betsy Henderson. Additionally, TN State Rep. Justin Lafferty spoke about the issue the club had asked them to address, CRT (Critical Race Theory).

The following Elected Officials or candidates were present, Fourth Circuit Court Judge GREG McMillan, Knox County Circuit Court Judges Deborah Stevens and Jerome Melson, Trustee Ed Shouse, Former State Reps Jimmy Matlock, MArtin Daniel and ROger Kane, Knox County General Sessions Judge Division II candidates Franklin Ammons, Sharon Frankenberg, Judd Davis had family commitments, Knox County General Seasions Judge Division V candidate Steve Weiner, Knox County Chancellor Division II candidates Deno Cole and Bud Armstrong, it was announced that Chancellor Eddie Pridemore was under the weather, Knox County School Board Seventh District candidate Sheri Garrett.
