at Large Seat 10 Commissioner of Knox County is on a campaign against the utility companies which translates into a campaign against every ratepayer aka citizen over poles.

Back in late September 2022 Commissioner Rhonda Lee was unhappy with an appointment to a utility board and spoke to it at a Commission meeting. She acknowledged the Commission has no real oversight of the utilities as they are governed by the state. at large 10 even asked about it and at large 10 was educated by former Law Director, former Chancellor Mike Moyers at that meeting.
