Commissioner Sam McKenzie spent a considerable amount of time tongue lashing County Clerk Foster Arnett this week over some Facebook posts that Arnett shared on the Facebook page Arnett use to use.

A pet peeve of mine is when people say ‘my Facebook page’ it ain’t yours, it belongs to Mark Zuckerberg and the company that is Facebook. You get to place what you desire as long as you do not violate the terms and conditions of Facebook, but I digressed.

Did Arnett share these posts during the work day, no body really knows. If he didn’t change the time settings on Facebook, who knows when it was really shared.

After McKenzie’s self righteous indignation. I am expecting that next month he will provide a similar tongue lashing to State Rep. Joe Armstrong who is charged aka alleged to have spent time as a State Rep enriching himself. Armstrong says he will be vindicated, of course the 4th district County Commissioner said in 2012 he was innocent of charges, but in May 2013 plead no contest aka guilty. So, while Armstromg says that, time will tell.

Also, will McKenzie provide a tongue lashing to Sam Anderson who resigned a 16 an hour week Knox County School job making $42k a year because of his alleged involvement with Armstrong?

Surely, McKenzie would only criticize a Republican Armett and sit quietly by on Democrats Armstrong and Anderson? Would he?
