Here a K-trans trolley on November 11, 2009 not only runs the red light but is sitting in the intersection blocking traffic from going on the green light. As you can see the brake lights are illuminated on the vehicles that have the green light. While the k-trans trolley just sits through it’s red light. And of course the trolley was empty. Such a waste of tax dollars and an attitude that the laws do not apply to them. Such an entitlement program.
