Yesterday David Williams, candidate for Knoxville City Council at Large Seat C had an event at It’s so Yummy Cafe in West Knoxville. Everyone got one scoop of ice cream from the candidate.

I missed up, I thought it was Thursday, so I mowed my grass and missed my scoop of ice cream.
