a Busy Week of Knox County Politics…..

Monday at lunch the Volunteer Republican Women Club heard from the candidates for Knox County Sheriff, Knox County Commission and Knox County School Board candidates. A larger than normal crowd and while I wasn’t there, because of work. I am told promotion of the Mega Bullhorn was present. I appreciate all advertising, it all helps.

Tuesday afternoon, the League of Women Voters of Knoxville and Knox County had a Meet and Greet of the “financial” offices, Knox County Trustee Justin Biggs, his opponents Barry Hawkins and the term limited Register of Deeds. The Democrat candidate Stephen Hood.. Knox County Clerk candidates Richie Beeler and John Duncan. Register of Deeds candidate Sherry Witt.

Thursday was jam packed, the Home Builders of Greater Knoxville, East TN Realtors and the Knoxville Mortgage Bankers Association hosted a Meet and Greet Knox County Mayoral candidates Kim, Frazier. Betsy Henderson, Larsen Jay and Democrat Beau Hawk. Third District Commissioner Gina Oster and Democrat Brandon Huckaby, Seventh District Buddy Burkhardt. At Large Seat 10 Kimberly Glenn, Ronnie Rochelle and. Democrat Katina Sharp. At Large Seat 11 Democrat Vivian Underwood Shipe.

Also, Knox County Trustee Justin Biggs, his opponent the term limited Register.. Sherry Witt, candidate for Register of Deeds. Knox County Clerk candidates Richie Beeler and John Whitehead and Knox County General Sessions Judge, Division IV Andrea Kline.

Also. the Knox County Republican Party held a Republican Mayoral forum at Bearden Banquet Hall. Another one I could not personally attend. But it was well attended, I am told.

also, the Powell Republican Club hosted Republican candidates for Tennessee Republican Party State Executive Committeewoman and man District 5 Amy Poteet and Zach Farrar and Committeewoman District 7 Janis Crye:
