Third District Knox County Commissioner Gina Oster held her third community meeting on Sunday. This one to introduce the husband and wife owners of Andy’s Frozen Custard.

Andy’s Frozen Custard opened their First East Tennessee location in Sevierville last year. A second will be built in Bearden as soon as the City of Knoxville bureaucracy gets the papers signed.

This Thursday Knox Planning will consider a Use on Review for Andy’s Frozen Custard to locate near Cedar Bluff and Fox Lonas. This will be the third location in East TN. Here is the video of the introduction of Andy’s to Cedar Bluff.

Also in attendance at the meeting was at Large Knox County Commissioner Kim Frazier and the at Large Junior Commissioner Maya Farrar.
