When the citizens in Lookout Mountain, TN elected their Prosecutor they fully expected that he would present all crimes and facts of the investigation. Then allow the Grand Jury to decide. When the Prosecutor doesn’t present some cases, questions arise and when 797 citizens ask request that a case be presented. That is our Representative Republic.
