Knox Law Director Richard Armstrong waited 14 days after the Knox County School Board voted on the Superintendent contract to disclose the contract may not be to legal form. Armstrong was at the school board meeting 14 days ago and was their legal counsel as they debated and ultimately voted on the contract.

During this evenings County Commission meeting, during the discussion the law director over used as he is prone to do the word ambiguity. I believe that the entire four year on the on job training that Armstrong has enjoyed as Law Director can be summed up with the word ambiguity.

Beginning on February 10 the citizens of Knox County can and will have a choice ultimately on March 1, 2016 in the Republican Primary. Experienced Knoxville Attorney Nathan Rowell is the choice given to the voters.

I noticed during this discussion with the commission, Armstrong continued clicking his ink pen and his hand was shaking nervously.
