Gary Prince, Attorney for Knox Sheriff Tom Spangler in filings with the Council has argued  Merit Council Chair Gina Oster and Council Member Jim Jennings are political and friends of politicians. Alternate Council Member John Marshall before being appointed last year has  appeared in photographs as a supporter of Law Director David Buuck.

Today, I received photos of Marshall the Northeast Knox County resident putting up signs for Oster’s opponent in the Northwest Knox County Third District. 

With the Dooley hearing in deliberation and at least three more cases in the wings. It might get interesting.
