A source in the courthouse inform me that today the lawsuit against Former Knox County Purchasing Director Hugh Holt has been dismissed with prejudice. Meaning it can not be filed again.

The county’s counter lawsuit against his accuser is still alive.

Another bad mark for Mayor Timmy and his Chief Companion Dean and a good mark for Sheriff JJ.
