I received snap shots of a Briggs mailer, interesting is that a certain person is covered up. That person is Knox County Mayor Timothy Floyd Burchett. Who before becoming Mayor in 2010 was the 7th District State Senator. The position that Richard Briggs aspires to achieve.

So I text messaged Briggs and asked if covering up the Mayor aka former Senator was intentional. He replied back NO. I followed up with the question, Just accidental? He replied back with the text, “Not an accident. Just how it was cropped to fit just like the other pictures.” I thanked him.
