Rock Artist Jay-Z has a song “99 Problems”. It seems that JZ of Hardin Valley is putting his house on the market to move out of District 89 and move into District 14 to seek the election/appointment of the State Representative position currently held by Ryan Haynes. Now, JZ of Hardin Valley was Congressman John J. Duncan, Jr.’s opponent last Summer. Congressman Duncan won re-election without music worry or effort.

JZ of Hardin Valley said he was was called t=by God to move his family to Washington, D.C. Does God change his mind? Could the one on earth misinterpret the calling? When he voted for himself in August 2014, it was the first time he voted in the Second District Republican Primary. He has never bothered to vote in district 14, if when he lived in 14th.
