After electing Chairman and Vice Chairman today the Commission Committees were reconstituted. Commissioner Amy Broyles along with Chairman Norman worked to staff the committees.

I requested and received the new committee membership list this afternoon. Commissioner Anders was only placed on the Cable TV committee which is the committee that former Chairman Mike Hammond asked new Law Director Bud Armstrong to research the expressed purpose of the County’s Cable TV Committee.

The regulation of cable television is now a state issue.

So, the two Commissioners (Norman and Smith) that were active in Black Wednesday shenanigans are now running the commission and using their new authority to punish Anders for daring to challenge them.
