Knox County Mayor Glenn Jacobs along with Kim Fraizer, at Large Seat 11 Commissioner, Gina Oster, Third District Commissioner and John Schoonmaker, Fifth District Commissioner cut the ribbon at the Holiday Lights in the Cove at Concord Park this evening.

An annual event that before Mayor Jacobs became Mayor was a 7 day event. The first year of the Jacobs administration, then Mayoral Chief of Staff Bryan Hair said this should be a month long event. It has been since then.
