Four candidates were running for Roane County Property Assessor, Mollie Hartup led the ticket and will be the Roane County Property Assessor. Sammy Samms came in second, David Morgan (who was elected four years ago and the State of TN had to come in and do his reappraisals) came in third. Thankfully a majority of the people of Roane County made the right decision yesterday.
