A few days ago, the Knoxville daily paper posted this story about a Knoxville doctor Josh Gapp going to challenge Dr. Manny for the US Senate.

Ballotpedia says here that Gapp is a Democrat candidate in 2020.
What does his voting record at the Knox County Election Commission say?
Gapp registered in September 2012, voted in November 2012, and he was purged on May 2, 2016, when KCEC office received information that he had moved to Alabama. KCEC record does not indicate when he moved.Gapp registered in June 2017, and voted in November 2018.
