Democrat First District County Commission candidate Evelyn Gill failed to file a campaign financial disclosure on 2/1 or 2/23. Apparently when she received notice that fines were imminent, she complied. As a teacher…..would she be as accepting as she expects the Knox Co. Election Commission to be of her failure to comply with a timely filing?
