If you’ve been by Farragut Town Hall, things are kinda closed. The Farragut Town Hall has been under renovation and plan to reopen Monday.

However, the Knox County Clerk’s Office is closed due to the renovation. They will reopen as soon as the installation of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) is installed are the Clerk employees work stations. The nearest Knox County Clerk’s office that is open is the one on 1028 Old Cedar Bluff Road near the intersection of Cedar Bluff and Middlebrook Pike. It is no more than 9.5 mile drive or 18 minutes away.

Oh and by the way, what should have been the 33rd Annual Fourth of July parade has been canceled due to COVID, a 4th of July tradition for me since 1993. So, I guess now I can attend the family reunion that happens on the Fourth. <insert sarcasm>Thanks Farragut <insert sarcasm>
