From the Knox County Election Commission comes these statistics in the Early Votes.

In the 2023 City of Knoxville Primary Election, a total of 7,988 early votes have been cast, with an additional 820 votes cast by absentee ballot. NOTE: Absentee ballots will continue to come in until Election night, August 29.
