My friend John Gabriel has spent quite a bit of time in taking a box truck and retro fitting it into a food truck. They have been on the road for a week or two. Today, I knew where it was going to be parked and headed downtown. For $6.50 you can get 2 sliders and fries.

The fries are very tasty and seasoned perfectly well.

Today, I had the Copper Head sliders. Here is the description from the menu. Inspired by our East Tennessee heritage, this slider comes with our house made apple-pie moonshine catsup. Served with Gouda cheese and caramelized onions.

The truck offers Sliders, Grillers, Salads, Sides and of course Drinks.

John and Noah were on the truck today during lunch. It was GREAT! I will be hunting these guys down on a regular basis.
