John Emison, State Coordinator of the Vote NO on 2 committee announced that Former Supreme Court Justice Penny White has said she will Vote NO on 2. She did not explain specfically why she is voting no but that this is a deeply personal issue for her. Former Justice White is a Professor at the University of Tennessee law school.
