Foster Arnett Wastes our Money Like a Drug Abusing Drunk and County Commission Never Asked a Question

Back in April 2014 (less than two years ago) the Knox County Clerk Foster Arnett spent our Knox County tax dollars on  remodeling the Halls satellite office.

Now this evening the Knox County Commission have approved an item without Arnett being present to explain or answer questions for a relocation of the satellite office to the old WalMart shopping center in Halls. The final vote by County Commission is next Monday.

Questions have been asked if the landlord or tenant agent is a friend of Foster’s. That review is still under review.
