This week the State of Tennessee Wrestling Champions were awarded. Knox County Mayor Glenn Jacobs (a professional wrestler in the 1990’s and early 2000’s) posted Congratulations graphics to the winners on his Jacobs for Mayor Facebook page, here.

the last two graphics have an image of the State of Tennessee with Glenn Jacobs for Tennessee, the Eastern side of the state is red, bleeding blue in Memphis. Is this a logo for am elected position? Or is the Mayor just supporting the love of our State? His time as Mayor of Knox County ends on September 1, 2026 when the next Mayor moves into the East End of the City County Buildings Sixth Floor.
