IF a Challenge is Filed, Would Knox County Council PTA Survive?

Yesterday the teachers union held a press conference blasting Republican President Donald Trump‘s nomineee for Secretary of Education, Betsy DeVos. The teachers union has a PAC and the PAC loves liberal democrats.

So no surprise that they are joining with Senate and House Democrats in combining criticism for accountability of public education. The surprise is the Knox County Council PTA joining the press conference. At one time the Council was a 501-C-3, as a 501-C-3 they are prohibited from partisan activity. IF a complaint is filed, what would the result be?

I was unable to attend the press conference, because anybody with a job NOT in public education, can’t travel across town for a 4:30 pm press conference. Fortunately photo journalist Dan Andrews was able to attend and shared a couple photos with me.
