Innsbruck Farms Development is Getting SERIOUS Opposition Out in East Knox County

Reported By

Reported On

All the folks in East Knox County appear fed up with former County Commissioner Phil Ballard and the 481 dwelling unit development called Innsbruck Farms being proposed for off Ruggles Ferry Pike. I was unable to attend a meeting tonight at Lyons Creek Baptist Church, but my friend and Carter Community Activist Kim Bailey did attend. The petition to oppose the development, here. The MPC Subdivision Report, here.

A new group called the Ruggles Ferry Community Association has been formed. Several high profile names make up the leadership of the group. The group has retained Knoxville Attorney Daniel Sanders, formerly an Attorney in the Knox County Law Department that handled land use matters before the Knox County Commission.
