Is the District Attorney in Loudon Paying Attention?

Yesterday was the petition filing deadline for the May 3, 2022 Republican and Democrat Primaries. Over in Loudon County, TN one of County Commissioner Julia Hurley‘s opponents does not have the required paid for visible on campaign signs (see pic below) as is required by TN Code Annotated, read it here. 

One could ask, is District Attorney Russell Johnson paying attention? This particular candidate is running as a Republican, while he has been a Democrat candidate in the past. His attendance record on a different position is filled with what appears to be a lot of unexcused absences.
