at last night’s (July 26, 2021)  Knox County Commission meeting on a Sector Plan and Rezoning for Commercial Property in front of Bexhill Subdivision. The community members revealed that there was a meeting of County Commission Chairman Larsen Jay and Commissioner Kyle Ward presenting a proposal from Holrob the holder of the option on Home Federal Bank‘s Commercial Property to the Bexhill community.

A look back to the May 24, 2021 meeting Commission Vice Chair John Schoonmaker asked about the 30 day delay. Jay explains he met with Holrob/Home Federal the week before May 17, 2021. Was the reason it was delayed 60 days to “correct” a Sunshine Law Violation? Why was it left out of Jay’s statement on May 24 that Ward was present?
