I was down in Roane County, TN on Thursday and pulled up at a traffic light and saw this sign. I think about once a week, the Arby’s food truck is in Roane County.

What is the purpose of this sign, is it to discourage people from buying off the Arby’s food truck to ensure local taxes paid at local restaurants go to Roane County Schools? Is this just a fact stating campaign? Who spent the money for such signs? I am confused.
