WBIR reports here that the Knox County Development Corporation has revealed a new plan for Midway Business Park. Property off Midway Road in East Knox County.

Commissioner Dave Wright says they need to work out something in agreement with the citizens. Do What? If the citizens wanted to control the property, why did they not buy the property instead of letting Knox County buy it?

The Carter community got a new elementary school and a new middle school gymnasium. In order to pay for the new entities, the tax base in the area must expand and this is the way to do it. Time to pay up!
