This evening among an afternoon storm a group of luminaries active Knoxville citizens and community activists gathered together under the covered shelter of Victor Ashe Park  as James Corcoran launched his campaign for Knoxville City Council District 3.

Corcoran  joined by his wife and their twin children spent the evening greeting attendees and discussing ways attendees could help get the word out about his candidacy.

Corcoran then attended a Cumberland Estates community meeting to meet voters and citizens in Knoxville’s third district. The primary is August 29, 2017 and the General Election on November 7, 2017.
