Yesterday, Jim Weaver put out a mailer without citing any facts to the allegations made on Candidate John Whitehead. The first lie was that Whitehead’s son in law pushed a resolution to enrich the pensions of Whitehead. Here is the fact about the lie Phil Ballard and Jim Weaver mailed out.

The Resolution was requested by the Retirement Board, it was a request for a study. See the pics below. As for who pushed it, let’s read the minutes (which is photographed below) Commissioner Craig Leuthold an employee of the Ballard/Weaver team made the motion. Commissioner Phi Ballard and Robert Lawrence Smith voted for the Resolution. Ballard the current Property Assessor that it has been reported is under investigation and Smith who along with his wife, Sharon have contributed $2,000 to Weaver’s campaign and whose commercial property is woefully under assessed according to people in the know.
