John Gabriel, creator and owner of one of the first food trucks in Knoxville, Forks on the Road, Sliders and Fries has been a great guy in the community.

People were lined up to eat with our Advertiser Forks on the Road. — People were lined up to eat with Forks on the Road at a Karns Community Fair several years ago.

John has recently been diagnosed with colon cancer, he is undergoing treatment and will beat this. As a small business Entrepreneur, his medical care is self pay. Check out a GoFundMe here that has been created to help him pay for some of his medical bills and care.
