Tonight at Center City Conservatives Republican Club Knox County Assistant District Attorney Judd Davis announced his candidacy for Knox County General Sessions Court Judge Division II.
Judge Geoff Emery is retiring. Davis was commended for his job with the District Attorney Generals Office by Knox County Attorney General Charme Allen. She also said he will be an excellent General Sessions Judge.
Davis is a Republican and has served as Treasurer for the Knox County Republican Party. However, when the party reorganized this year, Davis did not seek the position and was replaced by Janice Crye.
