On December 5, from 5 – 6:30 p.m. at the Crowne Plaza in Downtown Knoxville, Criminal Court Judge Steven Sword will have a reception. Sword deserves all of Knox County’s support as he has restored integrity, fair and definitive justice to a bench that was marred by the personal failings of the previous Judge.
