Justin Biggs Opponent Violates Campaign Finance Law

Reported By

Reported On

At tonight’s Lincoln Day Dinner an insurance agent was passing out brochures as an opponent to Justin Biggs, Republican candidate for Trustee in 2022.

Two problems.

1) no paid for disclosure on his brochure. (I have a photograph of the brochure and business card)

2) a search of the Knox County Election Commission website. The candidate has not filed a Treasurer. You are not allowed to solicit, raise or spend money without a Treasurer. He bought table and booth at the Lincoln Day Dinner.

This candidate can not follow the simplest rules, but wants to handle every tax dollar paid to Knox County?
