Down in Philadelphia on Saturday the Knox County Mayor told several sources that he would be making an announcement on this coming Saturday at 10:30 am at the Vol Market.

Interestingly enough another source tells me that since Tiger died Vol Market is closed on Saturday’s so we will see, if it happens or not.
